How do I track my order?
Open My Orders from your profile and select an order to see its current status and delivery details.
How do I cancel an order?
Orders can be cancelled while they are still pending. Open the order and use the Cancel order button. The reserved stock is returned automatically.
What payment methods are accepted?
Orders are paid at the store using cash or UPI when you pick them up.
How do coupons work?
Enter a coupon code at checkout. Each coupon has its own minimum order value, validity dates and usage limits, which are checked automatically.
How do I update my delivery address?
Update your default address from Edit profile. Addresses used on previous orders are listed under Addresses.
